After leukemias in childhood, brain tumors are the second most common tumors. Medulloblastoma is one of the most common brain tumors in childhood. It usually develops in the cerebellum tissue, but can also be seen in the medulla oblongata. With this localization, it manifests itself with symptoms such as balance problems, enlargement of the head circumference, headache, vomiting especially in the morning, and behavioral changes. Its incidence increases especially in pre-primary school childhood. Surgical treatment, chemotherapy and radiotherapy, performed at the right time, constitute the main treatment methods. In patients under the age of three, due to the irreversible results of radiotherapy that may affect brain development, the chance of survival is increased by strengthening the treatment with autologous stem cell transplantation
